I thought that but wondered if it was a getting dark when the picture was taken.
The rear plate would of been a square licence plate to fit that recess.

I plugged the reg into the DVLA mot check and it drew a blank, I plugged it into Euro Car Parts website and it came back as a Land Rover 90.
